Mike has built over 11 years of IT experience, with expertise spanning end-user support, systems administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and IT service management. His background combines both operational support and project delivery, enabling him to provide practical technology solutions that enhance business performance and reliability. As Lead ICT Support & Project Coordinator at RetailCare, he oversees Level 2 support operations and manages complex incidents involving POS systems, hardware, software, networking, security, and backup solutions. He also leads and coordinates IT projects, including system deployments, hardware rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and technology migrations. Alongside his technical responsibilities, Mike contributes to process improvement, systems administration, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and solutions.

Fun Facts

When he’s not solving IT challenges, Mike can usually be found binge-watching The Walking Dead series, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, working on DIY projects, or heading out for a long drive. He shares his home with a black cat named Ozzy, inspired by the legendary Prince of Darkness. Despite the abundance of new music available today, Mike remains firmly loyal to the ’90s, with Pearl Jam, Oasis, Eraserheads, and Rivermaya still dominating his playlists. If given the choice between discovering a new artist or replaying a classic album for the hundredth time, he’ll choose the latter every time.
