Brian brings more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and retail technology, having built his career with industry leaders such as Micros and Oracle before joining RetailCare. Starting as a Senior Sales Consultant, he progressed to National Sales Manager and now leads the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Throughout his career at RetailCare, Brian has played a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships for businesses across Australia. His expertise spans retail technology, business operations, and the delivery of technology solutions that support business performance and long-term growth.

As CEO, Brian oversees the company’s strategic direction, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure RetailCare continues to provide exceptional solutions, support, and value to its clients.

When Brian’s not diving into tech, he’s exploring the world of property development. He finds excitement in taking an idea from negotiation and planning all the way to a finished build, and seeing a vision come to life. To balance it all out, he’s also committed to daily gym sessions and prioritising fitness and overall wellbeing.
