Edmer started as a MIS for a local company, from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Edmer has been working as an IT Helpdesk Technician, providing Level 1 support. His role involves handling incoming calls from customers and clients, offering technical troubleshooting and support. Over the years, he has developed a strong ability to resolve basic technical issues efficiently and escalate more complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. His experience has equipped him with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of technical troubleshooting processes.
