This position demands an expert capable of drafting detailed Scopes of Work (SOW), executing complex infrastructure migrations, managing hardware lifecycles, and acting as escalation tier for critical site outages while maintaining professional communication standards aligned with head office guidelines.

Gai enjoys traveling, especially to destinations with beaches, lakes, and other bodies of water where he can relax through fishing, swimming, and camping. He is a dedicated reptile keeper and animal enthusiast, caring for a Sulcata tortoise, iguana, water turtles, bearded dragons, as well as a variety of birds and fish. Outside of work, he loves playing guitar and exploring other musical instruments as a creative outlet. He also enjoys gaming and has a tradition of reserving Friday nights for marathon mobile and computer gaming sessions. Whether outdoors, with his animals, making music, or gaming, Gai is always pursuing the hobbies he is most passionate about.
