Introduction
A multi-level venue over three levels in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
The venue includes a Deli, Restaurant and a Rooftop Bar. The owner is celebrated Melbourne-based Peruvian Chef Alejandro Saravia. Working closely with farmers and local producers to reduce the gap between farmers and the end consumer.

Challenges
All of the technologies to be set up at Farmer’s Daughters require a solid and reliable networking / Wi-Fi infrastructure.
We required full remote management of the system together with the ability to configure static IP addresses for all devices.

Solution
This was achievable by the Datto networking hardware which allowed for the complete solution to come together.
We were able to completely manage all devices via the Datto portal, and clearly, define which device is connected to switch ports for ease of management/troubleshooting issues if they arise.

Results
We were contacted by the Venue Manager for Farmer’s Daughters for a consultation to provide a solution for the venue POS/Technology setup requirements. We received a detailed venue plan for the RetailCare team to review followed by an onsite visit.
We also met with the Electrical/CablingContractor to discuss and confirm the networking ports provisioning for the Dattonetworking hardware, VoIP phone system, square printers, Wi-Fi access points back office computers and printers etc.
The complete solution was presented and discussed in detail on site.
As RetailCare is an accredited partner to the presented solutions, this gave assurance to the client of our expertise and professionalism.
