The Brotherhood of St Laurence is an Australian not-for-profit organisation working toward an Australia free of poverty. A part of the organisation is 23 retail stores that sell the donated goods provided by the community and businesses.

The revenue collected through these sales contributes to the services and support that The Brotherhood of St Laurence provides to its network.

The Brotherhood of St Laurence tendered to prospective vendors to propose a POS solution. The current software in place was ageing poorly and required to be upgraded.

The benefits of the new solution in Erply allowed the management to instantly recognise the best performing locations and product departments.

With RetailCare being a full-service solution provider, we were able to supply, install and support a hardware refresh. This allowed The Brotherhood of St Laurence to concentrate on doing what they do best in helping the community.
